About Hands On Demolition.
Hands On Demolition is a family-owned demolition and site services company based in Vancouver, BC. We've been operating since 2012, and over that time we've grown to a team of (insert employee count) running a fleet of low beds, dump trucks, and excavators across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
We work with homeowners tearing down old houses, builders preparing new construction sites, developers managing multi-phase projects, and commercial clients handling everything from office buildouts to industrial demolitions. What ties it all together is a focus on doing the job properly, on schedule, and leaving the site cleaner than when we arrived.

Hands On Demolition was founded in 2012 with a focus on one thing: handling demolition projects the right way, start to finish.
What started as a small operation has grown into a full-service site contractor handling demolition, excavation, drain tiles, recycling, and more across the Lower Mainland.

- We own our equipment. Low beds, dump trucks, and excavators are dispatched from our own yard. No waiting on rentals.
- End-to-end project handling. Permits, hazardous material coordination, demolition, hauling, and recycling all from one team.
- Long-tenured crews. Most of our excavator operators and project leads have been with us for years. Experience translates to cleaner finished work.
- Built-in recycling. We sort materials on every job, reducing landfill waste and disposal costs.
- Local knowledge. We know how permit processes work in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, and surrounding municipalities.

Owning our fleet is a real difference, not just a marketing line. Our equipment includes:
- Excavators sized from compact units for tight residential lots to larger machines for commercial sites
- Tandem and tri-axle dump trucks for material hauling
- Low beds for moving equipment between job sites
- Stone slinger trucks for precision material placement
Because we don't rent, we control our own schedule. When we book your project, we mobilize on time.
